About the Artist

Artist Statement

“My work is an exploration of the light that resides at the edges of the world—the glow that clings to ancient stone, the shimmer on a moving sea, the wind of wanderings, and the internal warmth of the places we call home.

Drawing deep inspiration from seascapes, mountain landscapes, and the spirit of Impressionism, I use a bold, tactile impasto technique to bring energy and physical presence to the canvas. For me, painting is a rhythmic dialogue between the brush, the palette knife, and the soul. I am drawn to the interplay of opposites: the cool vastness of cobalt and turquoise set against the radiant, life-giving power of gold and light.

By framing my compositions within a central circle, I invite the viewer to look through a celestial lens—to see a landscape not as a distant horizon, but as a personal, “spherical” experience. My art is dedicated to those who find beauty in the rugged cliffs of reality and seek the “golden center” in every shadow. Every brushstroke is a step towards yourself, your center, and towards home.”
